Books and Fees
Where textbooks and supplies are not included as part of the course materials fee, students must purchase them separately, and should allow approximately $150 per course for textbooks and supplies.
The following nonrefundable fees (except as noted below) are in effect for the 2019-2020 academic year:

Final Academic Requirements Evaluation Fee |

Students will have their associate, bachelor’s and/or master’s degree conferred once they have successfully completed all academic requirements. However, an outstanding balance on a student’s account will delay ordering the diploma and also prevent the student from being able to receive a copy of his/her official transcript.
Tuition for JWMI students includes the final academic requirements evaluation fee. |

Purchase of Regalia
Students participating in a commencement ceremony must purchase regalia (commencement ceremony attire) from the university’s approved vendor, after they have registered for commencement. Additional information about purchasing commencement regalia can be found at www.commencement.strayer.edu.
VA Education Benefits and Student Tuition and Fees
For students receiving VA education benefits, eligible charges include tuition, technology fee, and mandatory graduation fees. Penalty fees are not eligible for VA funding.
